Orders & production

How long until my order arrives?
Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days (up to 7 for embroidered and all-over-print items), then standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive in 5–12 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you email us within 2 hours of ordering. After production starts we can't change it.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Different items can be made at different facilities. You only pay shipping once.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
$5.95 flat for standard shipping, free on orders of $75+, or $14.95 for express.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship within the United States for now.

Where's my order?
You'll get a tracking email when it ships. If it's been more than 7 business days since you ordered and you haven't received one, email us.

Returns & exchanges

What if something is wrong with my item?
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Because every piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Check the Size Guide, and email us before you order if you're unsure.

Sizing & fit

How do your tees fit?
Our Surf Moose tee is a relaxed unisex fit. If you're between sizes or like it fitted, size down.

How do the polos fit?
Relaxed, and they run a little large. Size down if you like a trim fit.

Do hats fit everyone?
Dad hats, rope caps and beanies are one size fits most, with adjustable straps or stretch knit.

What sizes do the Mini Moose items come in?
Youth sizes. Each product lists its exact range, and kids' charts are in the Size Guide.

Care

How do I wash my gear?
Turn printed and embroidered items inside out, machine wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print or embroidery. Rinse rash guards in fresh water after salt or chlorine. Hand wash beanies.
